Over 30 years of electric utility industry expertise managing all operations, maintenance, and technical activities. Previously General Manager of Solar O&M for NRG Renewables and Clearway Energy, and founding manager of U.S. Power Plant Maintenance for First Solar.
Over 15 years of electrical experience managing and providing leadership for all maintenance and operations activities for Miller Bros Solar's Utility and Distributed Energy fleet.
Over 14 years of electric utility experience overseeing MBS's internal compliance program. Previously Compliance Manager at First Solar and NovaSource, and started her career at ENOSERV developing software around Relay Maintenance.
Solar and Energy Storage O&M expertise since 2011. Previously Senior Regional Manager at First Solar overseeing 122 power plants totaling 6GW, and General Manager at Tonian Solar establishing critical back-office systems.
Over 20 years in Safety and Training with 15 years in renewables. Previously held leadership roles at Vestas, Algonquin Power, EDPR, and Renew Safety. Currently sits on the Safety Workforce Training committee. A Combat Veteran with the United States Marine Corps.
